    Beco vs Babyhawk

    Advertisements
I want a new carrier, but I'm not sure what to get. I love my slings, but it's hard for me to get things done now that ds hates the cradle carry. I think that the Beco or Babyhawk might be best. I want to be able to carry him on my back comfortably. Any suggestions?TIA

I have a moby wrap and its amazing! Nathanial never was a fan of the cradle hold cause he's such a curious little guy he has to look around. Its a little intimidating at first (over 5 yards of fabric you wrap and tuck and tie but once you practice like twice.. its awesome!

It retails for $60 but I got a brand new one on ebay for $25

I am a total fan of the babyhawk carrier. It is soooo incredibly comfortable and also stylish.

    I have a baby hawk.
We got a custom made one - with a print I like on one side, and a print my husband likes (skulls, LOL!) on the other. That way we can share.

It is fantastic - I use it all the time - but the very best time to use it is traveling.
We moved from Japan to the US in December and had to take 4 flights then. It saved us. I recently went home to Australia in March and had to take 6 flights total - it's just a God send!

Wesley loves it and it is so comfortable, easy to use, and I think it looks good too *rave review* *two thumbs up!*

Here is a picture of my son in the Baby Hawk back in November - he was 3 months old at the time

DS' name is Wesley too! Did it take long for them to ship the custom made BH to you?

    Thanks everyone for your input!

    Um, less than two weeks.
We were stationed OCONUS and mail can be a little slow - so it took a week to get to us, but I think it was two weeks or less to make.
    It only cost $90, too.
I think the BECO's are more expensive than that, aren't they??
