I use a glass bottle occasionally with pumped breastmilk and she does fine with it People say they are supposed to be better than plastic. I don't know if it will help with colic though but it might be worth a try. Hope things get better for your little girl soon, my first baby was very colicky. Nothing helped. Not drops, not car rides, etc, she eventually grew out of it.

I don't know how glass would help over plastic as far as gas goes. They still get air in them. The Playtex nursers with drop ins are good because the bag collapses as you feed them so no air has to go into the nipples. Dr Browns are good. I never liked them because all of the parts though.

i just wish i had one of those books that has "all the answers" but they dont exist

i have almost every bottle. and i have about 10 avent bottles. she will take ANYTHING
i have a playtex drop in but sometimes cant get all the air out. but by far that is my favorite bottle.

someone told me they used the glass to store breastmilk IN THE FREEZER at that. i dunno. i store in bags

maybe i'll buy some and do a review! they're only $10 for 6

Caleb hasn't been colicy - we use the playtex with the dropins. He RARELY spits up and has not had any real gass issues.

    good luck.

    My little Loves!
