post partum support/shapewear

who weats it? what kind do you have? how soon did you start wearing it? can you wear it while you work out?

I didn't wear anything after DD and I am really wishing i had. I am willing to drop the dough, but I want to know what others think and have tried first to make a more informed purchase.

I didn't with Ava, but I am going to pick up a Belly Bandit for this time around.

My mom kept telling me to wear a girdle or something similar after I gave birth....but I didn't listen.

Belly bandits are what all my girlfriends wore. They all swear by them. I never heard of them until after.

wow their product look awesome! I'd go for the bamboo verison since Its so soft. hmmmm id have to break it up, get on next month and on in april to afford two of them but hey, If it helps me get back to a 12 so I can get back to an 8, im happy to drop the moola.

Both times, I asked in the hospital for the velcro firm-support they give to c-section patients, and they gave me one both times. I wore them 24/7 for the first two weeks postpartum and regained my waist by the end of the two weeks. The Belly Bandit looks cool, but you can save your money and get the same result.
