Yes, with something over the baby and my breast. Usually a thin baby blanket. Enough to be modest but not too much to overheat the baby. I've been breastfeeding and walking at the mall and DH didn't even have a clue what I was doing.

I guess you just learn to be discreet.

I didn't really go that many places when I was b/f my kiddos. If we did go somewhere I would do it in the car, or if we at someones home, I would use a bedroom. I just felt uncomortable in front of people. I have no problem with others doing it where ever they need to though!

KY just passed a state law, where NO ONE can prohibit you from BF in their business or establishment, public place etc.

A lot of states have that! I believe CA does. PA needs to. IL also does. You can actually look them up at http://www.lalecheleague.org/ I think?
