Hey ladies, my cousin was interested in Cloth diapering, and I was wondering if you had any recommendations or good websites that she could check out with info and all that- what works well for you? TIA!

    thediaperpin.com is a good resource

There are about a gagillion threads on diapering.

Prefolds are the cheapest/most basic form of diapering. You use a trifolded diaper and pins or snappi and a cover.

Fitteds usually have snaps or velcro and are a certain size, or one size with adjustable rise settings (my favorites).

Pockets are stuffed with inserts, and are the most like disposable diapers, because they don't require a cover, you just stuff and go.

I personally plan on using bum genius 3.0 diapers... they are one size diapers that were highly recommended to me and have the features I think I'd work best with. No need for covers, you can stuff to make them more leak proof, and they fit from about 7 pounds to about 35 pounds (newborn to potty trained essentially)

and they just got some new colors

We're planning on using these too.. A little pricier but we have friends who've used them on multiple babies and I don't think I can talk DH into prefolds.

yup, I am completely uninterested in prefolds.. I KNOW those would turn me off to cloth diapers and I really want to stick with it. I checked out all sorts of different brands of similar all in ones and these had the best testimonials and although they are a bit more pricey than other aio's, the one size feature makes it worth it to me... I should be buying LESS diapers in the long run so I'll still be saving.

www.jilliansdrawers.com Has a great trial program! We just got ours in the mail and I'm glad we did! The ones we thought we'd like best were the worst! So now we get to return them for a full refund!
