Im getting sick too I can feel it in my throat, why not try some nasal spray to help with the congestion. I know Dr's tell parents to use Ocean's decongestant on kids so if its safe for them maybe you can use it. Im bulking up on the v-c and airborne.

I'm pretty sure Sudafed is ok. I have taken that as well as Benadryl.

I always rubbed vapo-rub cream under my nose.
You can, also, use other inhalant nasal sprays like Afrin - they won't really be processed into your milk supply but they will definitely clear up your congestion!!

I want to say when I had such a bad sinus infection while nursing Nick, the doctor gave me the non-drowsy sudafed, and then nasal spray.

It doesn't work the best but it's something! My pediatrician would always tell me it didn't really matter what I took because it gets "filtered" so the baby doesn't really get enough of it to affect them. I still played it safe with the Sudafed most of the time though
