No she is not ready for solid food and thats about all I am going to say. If you would like some feeding advice this site is excellent http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/

http://www.askdrsears.com/html/3/T030500.asp This is a chart that you can roughly follow for when to begin solids.

Also did you put in the cereal because she has reflux (ie: following DR's advice) OR to fill her up (ie:old wives tale)? at 12 weeks her gut is not ready to handle more then formula or breast milk. The added cereal can be a choking hazard if she spits up and can actually make her stomach used to more food thus making her hungrier not fuller in between feedings.

I wanted to add that @ her age she is hitting growth spurts where she will want to eat more while growing. It is perfectly normal for her to eat more during these spurts of growth.

I think she is just hungry.. I would in no way start giving her solids, I probably wouldn't even be giving her rice cereal unless a doctor told me too... my son is almost 3 months and definitely eats a lot, not sure on ozs since he is breast fed, but he eats a lot... If you are really worried talk to your doctor about it.

Please don't give her solids unless your DD's pediatrician advises you on that.....

You should really speak to your DD's ped regarding your concerns....

I will agree that a chat with your paed is best. But I will also say that I had DD started on solids probably just after that.
    Needs work.
