I love my Babyhawk. Cameron is long and heavy and it is comfortable for long period of time and easy enough for a short trip. I had a hotsling for him when he was a little younger and it worked out great until he hit about 20 pounds and then it strained my back a lot. Good luck finding something that works for ya!

Babyhawks, any kind of MeiTai carrier really, or a ring sling like a Maya Wrap. Nice thing about Mei Tais are they can be used ina front or back carry
