I never bought one premade. I think the key thing is the wool has to be real wool and as close to %100 wool as possible. I think my covers were make from merino wool. I bought premade wool fabric and preshrunk it and sewed my own covers. I also crocheted one, but for some reason I cannot find the pattern anymore.

    I found the crochet pattern.

I was able to purchase 100% merino wool on ebay. The soaker was super easy to crochet and worked great at night.

That is what the cover is for. I made them to go over my sons hemp diapers.

The pattern is for crocheting. Sewing a diaper is super easy, it is one of the easiest things I have ever made. I used the very baby pattern. http://www.verybaby.com/ccp0-catshow/patterns.html I modified it to fit my kids. I hope that helps. I know buying wool covers can be expensive. I really only used ours at night. Just remember they have to be made from real 100% wool. Other material will cause the cover to smell.
