    Question Breast Pumps

    Advertisements
    Which do you use/did use?
I know that the Medela ones are the "best" but I can't afford a $250+ breast pump. I don't know how much I would use it for that price. I know DH really wants to help with the baby and I don't want to exclude him. They look so darn painful lol. I don't want a manual one thats for sure.
    What are your suggestion?

I don't really have any suggestions. I just know that I fully intend to breast feed barring any issues with it. I know I'll be getting the Medala pump in style advanced... probably the backpack one since it's cheaper than the messenger bag.. it's the exact same pump though. I know after the first few weeks I will be pumping a lot so Tony can help me. I don't want to solely breast feed when I have 3 other kids to take care of, ya know? I want a really good pump because I don't want it to take forever to pump since.. again.. I have 3 other kids

They are SO big on breast feeding.. I'd think they would since they are government funded.

WIC will loan you one they may have a wait list though. The military has a program where they will give your DH a loan to buy the pump for you as well.

I didn't even know about the loan thing, that's pretty cool.
