I just talked to Nancie and asked her for you as that wasn't a priority for me. She has had people breast feed their babies in them and she did a couple of times with her own children but found it easier just to breast feed without it. It's all personal preference. A sling is probably more of what you are looking for if you are looking to BF in it. My priority was to have a carrier that wasn't cumbersome, didn't have a ton of straps and was easy to put on as well as didn't make me claustrophobic. The other thing is this puts the weight on your waist instead of your neck. Does that make sense?

Peanut Shell or BabyHawk are my top two. I never understood the whole wrap thing, too confusing/time consuming instead of just popping baby in a sling & going.

I have never mastered the fine art of nursing in a sling but I was good at nursing in my wrap.
