the workshops are a great idea. it gives everyone a chance to interact and be social. if workshops will be available, what will be the length of time for each workshop?

I'm not realy interested in the classes either. I can pretty much look up or ask anything I want to know on here. If not, it's probably just best to ask someone on base.

You don't HAVE to go to the workshops, FYI. It was just an idea that was thrown out and I'm gathering data to see if they'd be successful and how big to make them, etc.

There will be plenty to do aside from these workshops, no worries! It'll just be an easy way for people to talk face to face with someone and get instant feedback and get paperwork that might be handy to them in the future. It's by no means the "bulk" of the convention, at all!

I'll probably pick out the top five, combine a bunch of them, etc.

    Great question.

I was thinking of them just being something that is open for a few hours and you can come and go as you please, or booths that are set up in the main hall wherever we have it.

But it definitely won't be a "at this time xxx is happening." I don't think that'd work out too well.
