 It's not AS bad as some. I used the red potatoes, and thinned out the mayo quite a bit with the mustard and pickle juice. I made a pretty large batch and only used about a half cup of the mayo. So, it probably wasn't all that bad. I think I used about 3 lbs of the red potatoes, maybe a bit more, which is a lot for only a half cup. I bet even with as much as we both ate, we probably only had maybe 4 tablespoons worth of mayo, if that... maybe not even that much... even though we pretty much split the whole bowl of potato salad
