we're happy to help and i wish i could help even more!!!! i hope the move goes well!!!! i would love to come for coffee sometime, but it would have to be on a weekend

I hope it does help and moving to your 1st house is a big thing and without Rod there its going to be even harder, so I am glad it will make things a little easier.
