I'd like to keep an ongoing thread where members can share their thanks for the random acts of kindness displayed by other SOSers. Whether it's on here or 'in real life' (off the boards), feel free to share the moments that have made you grateful for the friends you have on SOS.

I will leave this stickied and open in the MSOS Spotlight Forum so we can keep it ongoing. Hopefully this will be the longest thread in history

I've got one! We had a little Savannah g2g before Rain moved, and the restaurant we were at wouldn't take my card unless it was over a certain amount. I didn't have any cash, so Rain picked up my tab.

Sarah Dee sent me the cutest package with all these goodies in it. It was wonderful and so kind.

I had a few ladies on MSOS donate some clothes/goodies for my sweet little nephew when we got custody of him with very little notice. He literally came to us with NOTHING and being on such short notice and tight finances we didn't have time to budget to get him very much. It has been SO incredibly helpful!

When i was moving from VA to NJ i needed boxes for moving and Dh was no help. Kristen went out and got me a ton of boxes

Just a few days ago she went in the morning to watch the movers pack my DH's stuff when nobody else could be there. I love that bisch

PeppermintRei went out of her way to help me when my father had his accident back in July. She was a rock, I don't know what I would have done without her. She's now one of my best friends

CassieR1202 has listened, and listened, and listened to me so many times. I

PhantomFG took me under her wing when I posted about not having any friends in the area. We met up for coffee (turned out we worked at the same place!) and the hours flew. While I was there, we would meet up nearly every day for lunch, and it was amazing to have someone to talk to through everything.

I'm missing people, there are more, but I'm groggy and on tons of dayquil
