Patriot Guard Riders - Military Pride

They made an appearance at the funeral for my Grandfather. He was a WWII Veteran and a Bronze star recipient. I was in awe of all the flags they put up in his honor and how they held the line in the freezing cold while mourners came to say goodbye and lay him to rest. It was just beautiful and many of them are also Veterans. I gave a eulogy and I really don't think my Grandfather could have been any more proud of the honor he recieved. The PGR are a great reminder of the pride for our country and for those who served. Has anyone else had any encounters with the PGR? What was it like?
