ARMY WIFE'S CREED

I wrote this a few nights ago...when DH was still in reseption a few of the other guys with him wrote a spoof of the Soldier's Creed for reception. So in light of that here it goes ladies....btw feel free to insert your SO branch of the military to fit you....hope you enjoy!!!

Army Wife's Creed

I will cry when he tells me he is going to enlist in the Army.

I will push, motivate, and encourage him daily to reach his goals.

I will cry again as I tell him goodbye at the MEPS building.

I will anxiously await to hear that he has made it safly to BCT.

I will lose sleep, pace and wonder daily till graduation day.

I will run, jump in his arms, and shower him with kisses when I finally see him.

I will learn the proper way to fold his laundry.

I will sleep alone, avoid the T.V., and cry at night when he is deployed.

I will support, praise, encourage, and love to the end the defender of my freedom.

I will stand by him when no one else will.

I am strong, proud, weak, and scared.

I AM AN ARMY WIFE!!
