Shock PCS to Everett, Wa (help please)

    Advertisements
We are Coming up on our first PCS move out of area to Everett, WA. It has become quite a challenge finding a good place to rent/purchase that is in our price range which is around 1,400 (apartment/townhouse/house). Could anybody please give some insight on places you would recommend that are good for families? Any help or just any advice would mean a lot!

Hi! We are moving up to Whidbey Island. Not too sure where that is in location to Everett, but i just spoke with our base housing who had a bunch of information. Let me know if you'd like to chat about it! When are you PCSing?

Call the housing office for the base the service member is assigned to. They will have lists of apartments and landlords in the area.

If you can't find what you want in your price range, have you considered living in military housing?

Just an FYI thought, i was told today that military housing was at high capacity. They told us to plan for temp housing for 4-6 months...
