    overseas screening for an infant

    Advertisements
Im having a baby June 14th if she doesnt come early but hopefully we will be joining my husband in Okinawa after. I know I have to wait for her to be cleared and released from her DR. but does anyone know if overseas screening is required or what exactly is needed for a baby to move overseas?

they still have to go through a screening, but unless there is any med issues, infant screenings are VERY basic and no problems

I am sure you know, but just in case you don't, you will need a passport for the baby and the application for the passport has to be signed by you and the father.

Yes. I have to wait for him to get home which will be a few days before she is born before we can start the paperwork for the passport but ive gotten all the passport info ready.
