I have been trying to rent my house in Jax and have the home listed on AHRN and militarybyowner.com. The other recommendation is to get a good property manager who will also market the property. My PM is the one who finally JUST found a renter (3 months on market). I dropped the price which did the trick. If you can spare $75 a month (in not received rent), then knock the price down a little. It should get snapped up. Be SURE you do a credit check as well as a search of court records (online) to check for previous evictions.

oh, and just ignore the folks trying to scare you off.
