Medical Exam paperwork to go overseas.
I was told by my husband that I needed to go talk to the guy that runs the local Marine Corp. Office. I called him up and he told me to call him back in two hours to see if he can figure out what paperwork I needed. So I call him back asking him what I needed to do and he says that they don't have the paperwork that I need and that I need to call tr-care. So I call up tri-care asking them about it, the lady had no clue what the heck I was talking about so she asked her higher ups. She said I need to just go to my doctors and ask them about it and see if they have the paperwork I need. The thing is I already asked someone from the doctors about it and they don't have it either.
Where do you go from there? If you've been stationed over-seas with your spouse where did you find the paperwork for your medical exam?

You need to get DD Form 2792 filled out. I don't know what office the Marines go through... its different by branch (I know Navy goes through Family Advocacy or something like that, so maybe call the equivalent and start there). They should have someone who all the do is process these things.

We have an office called "MPF" office that has that paperwork. You should be able to go to an office on base and request it.

I talked to my husband about this and he said you would probably need the same one's that we used since the Marines use Navy medical.

DH is Army, but we're PCSing to Germany and needed the EFMP screening. I just had DH deal with everything and get all the paperwork-saved us a major headache.
