1st time PCS, going to Vilseck, Germany - Military Moves and Relocation

My husband is currently deployed to Iraq. He re-enlisted to go to Germany and he got Vilseck. He was told that he won't get his paper orders until he gets home which will be in December. On his AKO, his report date is March 10th.

Is there anything I can do before then? How will we know that I'll be on his orders? Can I do the EFMP before he gets his paper orders? My husband is no help when it comes to this. I just don't want to have to rush everything when he gets home.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Get your no-fee passport, See when transportaion comes to pick up you things, If your shipping a car ship it like 2months in avance. See if you can do the screening so you can get your CS..I'm here also
