base housing @ Naval Air Station Atsugi (japan)

I have so many questions but dont know where to begin I guess my biggest, is about base housing. Has anybody lived there/currently living there now? Anything anybody wouldn't mind sharing? I've read a little here and there .. What is the square footage if possible? We aren't needing to be there this year but I like to get organized ahead of time so while we have the time whatever stuff we wont be taking, I'm trying to sell/donate so I'm trying to figure out what to put in the to-go pile

no sponser as of yet? we're new at this, it's my understanding just from asking a friend/fellow navy wife you receive sponser once orders are cut? no orders yet, just verbal confirmation. thank you for the website, i will take a look. btw i just noticed your husband is in sasebo? my husband's first class was recently given orders to the same location. kind of interesting, a name that stuck out to me! thanks again
