    Ship Yard Period

    Advertisements
Does anyone have an idea of how long a yard period for a ship on a regular basis. Is it longer than a year? Me & Dh are thinking about moving closer to the Yard while the ship is in but dont want to have to move back within a 6 month period.

    Breaking the lease

Yeah so we are trying to break the lease a month before it is over. Is there a way to make that happen being that we are military? It would help because dh is going on leave and it would be the best time to move.

I'm not sure about the yards info, but the only way we were able to break our lease previously was with a copy of orders to deploy and we had a military clause. You might want to just talk to your landlord and let them know the situation and it will probably be at their discretion.
