Try Penske that's what we're using for our move and I think it's $200 or so for 7 days for the 12 ft truck.

We go through penske, it's the cheapest

UHaul has a reputation of breaking down (happened to us several times too!)

    Theres also Budget

I hear that if you break down during your move with penske they will bring another truck to you unload everything on to that new truck for you and send you on your way while waiting for the tow truck. I have heard nothing but good things about them.

    We used budget.

Checked with u-haul first called budget and they beat u-haul price by 200$ and they done it purposly so we would choose them!

Uhaul doesnt do military discount well they didnt in Tn but budget did!
We picked them worked out well!

    Good luck!

We went through budget and it was $500 cheaper than u-haul (we're driving about 3500 miles, though).

Anyways, so my mom called u-haul to cancel because that was the one she ordered first, and uhual gave us a bigger truck for the same price that budget was offering. So we ended up getting a 17ft truck for 1,000 from uhaul.
