    That would be nice considering we're going to be pcsing later this year. I'm curious to know if there is a link or something though b/c I don't want to get my hopes up. That's a pretty big jump!

    I read it on Yahoo.com last night but I just googled "irs rasing mileage deduction" and I got a whole bunch of articles, but here is one out of the bunch that I saw. They also said it on the news last night. It's for the last 6 months of the year.

    Ah, so it's IRS not military. This doesn't mean that the military will be doing it. But it does mean we can claim the difference on taxes if we don't get the higher rate.
