BAH Question... - Military Moves and Relocation

Ok, so this is probably a dumb question, lol, but here goes. I looked up the BAH with the calculator thing and it had two different amonts. One was with dependents and it was like $1126 and one was without and it was like $950 or so. When it says with dependents would that mean me when we get married or would we only get the $1126 when we had children?

I'm a little confused, lol. Thanks for any help!

as long as he is married he gets dependents pay.

One more ? if you don't mind...how soon after getting married is it possible to receive BAH? I would assume it would start almost immediately but I could not seem to find the answer on that website. Actually, I got mad at the website for loading slow

and got out before I could finish looking, but I did try.

It will take a pay cycle or two to star recieving but he will get it from the day you were married.
