Switching Jobs?!
So I'm CONFUSED and DF didn't have time to explain it all to me. He is a FMF corpsman and a friend of his is wanting to swap jobs with him, they are the same rate, same training so far, same rank, ect. The friend is working in the hospital while DF is assigned to a unit. How would that process work? I'm sure this has to be complicated and not an easy thing to do...
I'm not even sure if that makes anysense!  I'm just so impatient and want to know but he couldn't talk and had to go... Why did you mention it if you didn't have time to explain I want to know the details!! AWH!

Are they in the same geographic location? Tell him to look in the MILPERSMAN Articles under Duty Swap and that will tell him how to submit the request.
