i can see what you originally put. it looks like a memo talkinga bout what they would like to do...not that they are doing it. and even then it doesn't say in May, just says possibly in 2010 or 2011

Yeah, that's why I said "heard" LOL! As with the military, nothing is set in stone until it actually happens.

sorry, i was just clarifying cause people were saying they couldn't see the document. i think i mentioned at one point my brain cells aren't functioning right tonight....sorry if i was kinda blunt about how i posted that.
