Reenlistment ceremony - Military Career Progression

Where did your SO or anyone you know do their reenlistment ceremony? Any super cool places? I only know of 2, 1 did it in a field, 1 did it in a helicopter. I told DH to reenlist on top of a stryker.

I re-enlisted... in my re-enlisting officer's office and then went back to work.

So I'm no help.

My DH did his on-top of his favorite wrecker right in the motorpool. It was very interesting, I didn't like his chief though. He was a little strange but the ceremony was all in all very cool, imo.

My hubby reenlisted at a beach in pacific grove...it was a really really pretty ceremony and apparently a picture of me and him made the monthly newsletter lol.

I was suprised he had a choice in where he reenlisted...I always figured those things were done in windowless rooms somewhere lol

Apparently dh did his first while spie rigging or whatever it's called. His second was in an office in Afghanistan with nobody there lol.

DH reenlisted on one of the beaches on base. It was a really pretty spot. It also happened to be right next to where they were working that day, so he just went right back to work afterward.

DH just did it in some Officers office, wouldn't even let me come to take pictures because it wasn't a big deal to him.

My friends husband did his up on a Watertower at the base I think that's a fun exciting way to reenlist.

First time he was out to sea, second time was at the submarine memorial on Pearl Harbor, third time was a baseball stadium (minor league) before the game started. Last one was my favorite and most memorable.
