Thinking about going Guard.
DH is thinking about going Guard. He hates his job, he hates where we live. He has high blood pressure and is on medication but he also has high anxiety (undiagnosed, he's never seen anyone for it.) When his shift changes every two months, his anxiety spikes. All he ever says is, "I just want a normal life, I don't want to do this anymore. I want to see my family more." He smokes all of the time because he says it reduces his anxiety. I just want him to be happy in what he does and he's not.
Basically, I'm just asking how hard is it to go Guard from Active Duty. Any advice would be appreciated!
