DH is Sgt now.. he's been one since Nov 2006, and hopefully is due for Ssgt next year. Everyone is different though, depends on lots of stuff.

yeah. ive heard J talk about it, but most of the time i zone out from all the
 ive heard it *generally* takes about 4 yrs, so i was just wondering if thats been true for those here.
