my dh was selected as a candidate for the 160th... we talked a lot about it and decided it was worth it for him to apply... i am hoping i can find someone here with "inside info" re this unit. i know they are located in either Georgia, Kentucky, or Washington... all info would be so greatly apprecaited.

My DH was chosen for 160th when he was at Ft. Eustis but he had a bad knee and denied it. We still got stationed at Hunter AAF in Savannah Ga. A friend of ours just went 160th, the missions are shorter...approx 3 months on and 3 months off. Anything specific you want to know?

    Thanks for the siggie Rain

my dh is getting ready to graduate from ft eustis in 2 weeks... just wondering how long you think they will take in deciding if he is in or not? he sent off all his papers today... i knew bout the shorter deployments... just wondering how long bfor the first one would be? their website states that newbies are not mission ready til 1-2 years of more training... just wondering if you can give me any more info than what is on the website? thanks for any help
