    6 More Years!

    Advertisements
So on Thursday dh is reupping for 6 more years. He was supposed to ets next year after deployment but with the way the economy has been we feel it is the best thing for our family financially. I do not like that my kids will not have a more stable home but I would rather them have a home than chance it and them not have one. So....wish us luck and hopefully we did the right thing.
Wife to an army tanker ~Mommy to 2 great kids and a wild furbaby.

the economy is a huge reason we re-enlisted too. dh was supposed to get out 2011 and we decided to re-enlist for the bonus (get rid of debt) we couldn't guarantee a job outside, and i can finish school

DF was suppose to get out in 2012, but they (higher-ups) told him he should reup if he's wanting a bonus. DF already told me he wants to be a lifer, so here's to eight more years!
