Graduation Outfit Advice Please? :)
Ok, there is probably already a post out there asking this but...what should I wear to DH's BCT graduation? Casual...dressy?? I need advice! I am looking at dresses online right now but not sure how dressy I should go. Any opinions would be appreciated
Thanks!

As stupid as it sounds casual-dressyish
. DF's graduation was in summer and the majority of everyone there was wearing sundresses for the ladies and khakis with nice shirts/polos for the guys. Am I wrong in thinking your DH is at Ft. Knox? If so I would go with something like a sweater dress and leggings or something. It's been really cold here with the exception of these last few days so you'll wanna be sure your gonna be warm enough.

You will find a wide range of clothes at the graduations. There is no exact answer. Some people decide to dress up a little more and some people decide to be more casual. It also depends on the weather. Just make sure it's appropriate (short skirts and low cut tops not the best choice). Wear comfy shoes.

There really is no right way to dress, except appropriate and comfortable.
There was a huge variety of clothing when i went to DH's grad. I was amazed at amount of girls wearing these really uncomfortable high heels though. I bet they regreted it by the end of the day! Make sure you take the weather in account when you chose though!

Well my only advice will be...DO NOT WEAR HEELS!! There is alot of walking, ecspecially if you dont get good parking, its like a mile walk to the stands!
That was my biggest mistake and I was in so much pain that day! So dress however you want just dont wear uncomfortable shoes. I mean there are people who dress comfy and some who go all out and dress up! Its all up to you. ![]() If you do decide to dress up and wear heels, I would FOR SURE put a set of back up comfy clothes and shoes in the car in case you need to change. Because there is a TON of walking everywhere you go, so just make sure to pack alittle bag and stash it in the car!
