USMC MCT GRAD
how many of you went to MCT graduation? DB apparently just mailed me the info about it. is it like actual graduation or a ceremony?

My DB didn't do MCT, but he did ITB, and I didn't go to the grad. (I had to save up for like 3 months just to make it to the boot graduation! lol)
I mean, take this as you will, cause it's an individual thing, but my boyfriend kind of left it as being not as big a deal as the boot grad and said not nearly as many people go. He really didn't mind that I didn't go because we would have rather not spent the money getting me there for only a few days when on a later trip I could see him for a lot longer. But I think if I lived with him I might have reconsidered, it was more the distance that was an issue for us. Last edited by Epona; 10-20-2009 at 09:08 PM. |

i asked him if he wanted me to go he goes its completely up to you. but he said his MOS school is backed up about a month so he might come home so im kinda wondering if hes worth it. i think id feel bad if i didnt go but i dont wanna waste a whole lot of money like you said
