Graduation Gift Ideas - Military Boot Camp

Hi all! I can't believe it but I already only have 33 days left until I see DB! It's kind of crazy because me, his parents, and then a gazillion of his relatives are coming to the family day/graduation. I didn't realize that there was no limit on how many people could go, but DB's mom called to check.....

Anyways, I want to get something DB something special for his accomplishment...any ideas? I had gotten him a nice engraved set of "dogtags" before he left...any suggestions would be appreciated...thanks!

I got Jordan a nice photo album that he can take with him every new place he goes..which he loves. Ive gotten him a watch thats engraved on the back. A day at the spa on his leave

together! Those are all things I've done, :].What branch is he in?

Well I guess his gift was me

Although I did plan this super romantic weekend (between basic&ait) and rented a hotel room with a Jacuzzi.

I like the Idea of getting him a nice photo album and maybe filled with Pictures of you, you and him, home. I wouldnt spend to much money though. IMO.

I don't have any ideas, I've been wondering the same thing myself, lol. Dh's bday is the same weekend he graduates so I at least have to get him something for that.

I got DF a photo album with all our pictures in and a new ipod. I also bought him a really nice watch the summer before for his high school graduation. I brought this up to him for the basic grad. If your DB doesnt have a nice watch, I would get him one of those. DF had to buy a cheap watch during basic caused he needed one, so he was happy to have his nice one on after grad.

haha great minds thnk alike! hehe! But yes

like i mentioned above and she mentioned..a watch is the way to go. I got DB a nice fancy watch for when he is not suited up and in civilian clothes cause for recon they get issued sport/compass watches soo i think either knd would be good!
