Day 2 is going..... - Military Boot Camp

GREAT!! im so surprised! after yesterday i didnt think i would be able to get through this. i had taken the day off of work yesterday and instead stayed at home and pouted. then i went over to my moms house, figured i could cry to her. and it actually helped! i figured she would just give me **** for still being with him and of course she pulled the whole "are you going to wait for him? is he going to wait for you?" well duh!

but no i woke up this morning had to get ready for school and i dunno. i was just in a decent mood and still am. i think that i finally realized that i cant do anything about him being gone. he committed to doing this before we met, so i really have no say in it. only thing i could possibly do is write a complaint to the head of boot camp saying how ridiculous it is that we cant talk to our men.

but i figured that wouldnt go very far!

also i took all of your advice and instead of paying attention in class today i wrote up a page long list of everything i need to do for the rest of the semester in school up to finals. it was a page long! i got to get busy! lol but DB was saying beforehand he thinks his grad date would be May 25th, which is exactly 10 days after my last final. so i think i can deal with the 10 days!

now im just looking forward to that first letter. I CANT WAIT! hopefully he still loves me and didnt turn gay or anything surrounded by all those sexy men in uniform!

I'm so glad you're doing better today! I've been doing the same type stuff...figuring out what I have to do before the end of the semester to keep me busy. And hey, your DB's grad date is only a few days before my DB's~! We can be count down buddies!

It gets easier over time...my hubby is in AARC (All Arms Recruit Course) which is your boot camp...He's been gone since Feb 16th....I will get to see him a second time next Sunday at his visitation day..its hard..because its the first time we have been apart since we have been married....but it does get easier!!.....Think of it a day less to go!

sounds good to me! im not exactly sure when his grad date is. he had talked to his recruiter beforehand and they were tryin to figure it out and guessed that date! but it should be sometime around there so i would love to be count buddies!
