He just called me... - Military Boot Camp

And I wasn't supposed to pick it up but I did. I am at work. And for the first time I had to tell him I couldn't stay on the phone. I feel horrible. He said he thought I might possibly be off early. He said he is going to try to call me again later but he doesn't know if he can and doesn't know if he will get to call me on Sunday. I said Happy Valentine's Day and he wished me a Happy Valentine's Day and a Happy Birthday but I really needed to talk to him more. I was hoping for more than 30 seconds and that would be my birthday gift from god to just get a few minutes. And I just had to end the call. Ugh....I really really really hope he can call back

that he will get to call either tonight again, tomorrow sometime, or on Sunday.

It's okay! I learned not to beat myself up whenever I missed a phone call or couldn't talk. He understands that you have a life and just hearing your voice was probably enough to get him through until the next time he gets a phone call! What week are you in? Your almost done right?

It's ok. It won't be the last time that happens. If only we knew when they would be calling. Unfortunately, life keeps moving forward!

I hope he calls again though!

I am just a few days from being 1/2 way done, lol. So almost over the hump...it's just tomorrow is V day and Tuesday is my birthday and getting to talk to him this weekend would be the best present for both of those combined. I want to cry now....

I am out of work at 5 so I told him to call me then if he could up till 7 when I have to meet with my trainer and then after 8, lol. That way he can try to control the time he calls if he gets to call back tonight. My cell battery is sucking too cause it is about 1/2 way down....Please live Cell phone and Please call DH
