Wear pretty much whatever you want. There will be people there in jeans and t-shirts, and people in full blown suits. So what you have in mind sounds just fine.
For DH's graduation I wore an ankle length tank sundress (turns out that's what a lot of the SO's wore THAT year..lol). At my brother's graduation last summer (when I was 7 months preggo) I wore a nice/dressy white tank with khaki capris. Something to consider with ur outfit-you will be sitting in bleachers the entire ceremony (and some can run HOURS). I wore capris to my brother's graduation instead of a cute dress I had because I didn't want to worry about having to keep my legs crossed in the bleachers the whole time especially since the ceremony is so long and hot and my butt always ends up hurting so I shift a lot in my seat. The thing to know is there is no A/C (or if there is it doesn't work very well), so be prepared to be HOT. Those little hand held fans are a life saver. So make sure you think about your comfort in the bleachers before deciding for sure to wear that dress.... Good Luck and have fun!! The ceremonies are pretty neat... |

I didnt get to go to my DH's graduation... we werent married at the time and I was in Hawaii and it was too much money for me to go there.
But yea I would just wear whatever you want depending on the weather.
