Hmm... I wonder if that's why DH was hoping they'd have bananas for lunch? Actually, he was probably low on potassium.
But, yes. As my doctor told me, "As a society, we are constantly dehydrated." Oh! Can I stand up and wave my hand as one of those?! She recommended that I add more water to my coffee and make it weaker because I can't stand the "taste" of water... Or is that the lack of taste? I know when I'm really dehydrated really bad because then I like water.Anyway! Just remember that we eat incredibly unhealthy and don't drink enough non-caffeinated beverages. At BCT, they take away ALL the unhealthy stuff and I have no doubt that it throws their bodies for a loop. I know I'd just about die if they took away what I normally eat.
