    I'm assuming that they should if he needed them.

    I've been trying to get DH to get them for a LONG time and he always says there on a 2yr waiting list and such..

    I think thats through dental and they usually make people pay out of pocket for stuff if im not mistaken...

    I am not sure if AD members get full benefits, but we have a DD that is in braces and we had to pay all but $1500 which is the orthodontic coverage for United Concorida providing it's been approved by them. Anything over and above $1500 has to be paid out of pocket.

    I don't know about OCONUS but in the states you are not covered 100%.

    active duty service members are suppose to have 100% paid for (what DH was told) I cant find it on UCCs website to check though
