    Hotels on base

    Advertisements
My parents and I are planning a vacation but my husband will not be able to attend. Will I be able to call and schedule a room on base? or does my husband need to be with us when we stay? Are there any requirements for checking in or scheduling? How far in advanced should we book? I figure most rooms fill up pretty fast.

I don't know much about if your husband has to be there but, you can check out if a room is available Air Force Inns and then call them and get the particulars.

I'd call the hotel and ask them. They're the ones that will be able to better help you and assist with your questions.

I've reserved and paid for many military lodging rooms without DH being with me.
I'm not Lynn, but we ARE MSOS Best Friends and MSOS Twins.

If you have a dependent ID you should be able to reserve and pay for rooms on your own. The only reason I can think of that would make it an issue is like if you're PCSing, then your DH would probably need to be there. But, I'd call and ask.

No need for the sponsor to be there if the room is in your name.

Thanks everyone, I will just give them a call and ask. I know that every hotel is different on booking.

I booked a hotel room for myself, husband and my parents under my name and no issue. If I wanted to i could have done 2 rooms but we managed to get a suite which worked out great for what we needed.
