Ugh, I feel stupid for even asking! (Tricare Prime Remote)
I haven't seen a doctor yet since we moved here back in June. Well, I really need to get my eyes checked, so I need to get a referral from my PCM...
Anywho, I have Tricare Prime Remote and the PCM I was "assigned" is NOT accepting TPR, or Tricare at all. I have literally called every single person listed on the Tricare website AND a lot of them in the phone book. No one is accepting TPR! What do I do?? (I'm sorry this is such a dumb question! But it is basically new to me!)

With me when I called tri-care they told me that a eye exam once a year is covered 100% and refered me to several places in town. I did not need a referal. I am not sure how it works in your area. Have you called tri-care yet? If so call the Dr and tell the nurse your situation. He may just put in the referal without seeing you.

you don't need a referreral to see an eye doctor they just need to take tricare...as for a PCM you need to call tricare to see if they can find you someone

See, that's what I thought too! The receptionist at the Eye Doctor's said I DID need a referral. That's why I got confused... I guess I just need to call Tricare.
