    Lost my I.D. card

I lost my dependent I.D. card yesterday. I think it fell out of my car door. Does anyone know what I have to do to get a new one?

It is a pain in the butt....I haven't yet; but, heard of people that have dealt with it.

DH will have to go up there with you and I think you just need your drivers license. If DH can't go up there with you JAG has a POA specifically for ID cards he'll have to give to you.

Baby you are just so amazing.....
everything you have done without me there is unbelievable.

And you need to file a report that you lost your ID so someone else doesn't try to use it.

I'm at Lejeune so it may be different, but my sponsor had to go with me to get a new one.

call the ID office, it shouldn't be too difficult. Spouse needs to fill out a new form, and the ID needs to be reported stolen.

I know a bunch of people that have lost their IDs and it was easy to get a new one.

If your spouse is available/geographically with you, he needs to go with you - if not, he can complete the form and then you can go in.

Wait - is your sponsor your parent - if so the answer is the same but replace spouse with sponsoring parent
