How do you - Military Benefits

change Tricare from the East Coast to the West? ( or whatever ) I have tricare standard and I have no clue how to change anything. Oh and how can I get dental and vision? Do I have it or is it something extra? Thanks LADIES !!!

Vision is included. Dental is extra. You have to enroll in that. And to change from the East to West, you call Tricare and have your Primary Care Area and Site changed.

All you should have to do is either call or visit your tricare office and let them know. You will probably have to fill out some paper work, but that is it.

I'm not sure how vision works on standard. You might need to pay a co-pay.
Just contact the tricare office to switch regions.

As far as dental goes, it's United Concordia.... www.UCCI.com
