    Help Tricare Dental?

    Advertisements
Ok I just got my new card in the mail for Tricare Dental

But now I am confused, in the envelope it mentioned filling out "my dental benefits" (MDB) online and having limited access 10 days afterwards. Do I need to do this before I set up a dentist appointment? I want to set one up on Saturday (Dec 3rd) and my effective date is Dec 1st.

Very stupid question, but I am clueless

    TIA

If it says it starts on the first then I don't see a problem with setting up an appointment for the third. It's been years since I had United Concordia, but I don't remember having to fill anything out online. That may have changed. You can always call customer service and ask them what that is about.

I tried calling them yesterday, but their business hours are only on the weekdays. I'm just too impatient
