    bank switch

ok so im confused.. back on the 7th of the month i put in our new bank info... then again on the 8th (it wasn't showing yet). Showed up on the 9th so all happy with new bank info in the system... but on the half LES it has our old bank name and address.

Any clues where the pay will go?? New bank that they have on file for us, or old bank that is listed on the LES (and if this bank, do they still have the info on it?)

Every time I have every switched banks at any job, I have always been told to keep the old accounts open for two pay periods. Usually it's not necessary and they get it first go.

    Call finance if you're concerned.
It's true I must be going, but I swear I won't be long

I believe it will go to the old bank, and the next paycheck will go to the new one.

oy i hope it doesn't go to the old bank... we are having issues with the account being stollen.. and a hole hell of alot of charges we didn't do popping up. and wachovia won't help with the over drafts on the account because they are from establishments we have done buisness with in the past even though these are not authorized.

but wachovia was nice enough to write us a nice letter asking please will you write a check to the customer giving them the over draft fees back. but even the lady typing it said she doubted they would as they don't legally have too.

they only total around 400. but would rather have that for us, and then we can slowly pay off wachovia "the greatest most customer friendly bank ever".

Why don't you do a wire transfer from your old bank to your new?

I think it costs like 15 bucks.
