Hi
What should I do when my husband's pay doesn't seem to be correct. He's been deployed for a month now and they're still deducting tax and there's no Hazard pay (or something like that idk) according to his LES. Victoria Van |

I would see what happens at the end of the month. Depends on the cut off, he may have missed that billing cycle. If it isn't correct in two cycles, take your financial poa to dfas and have them fix it.

sometimes it takes longer than a month to straighten out pay......I'd see what it is like on the next LES before i panic......
because even if it is wrong and they fix it you'll get back pay.......

Normally it takes about 1.5-2 months before the extra pays kick in. If he is wanting to do something he can talk to finance to see what is going on and when to expect the money

I don't know about the process if your SO is deployed, but we've already had serious pay issues and my DH just joined in June! We've visited the financial office a few times, and we have to go back this week. The point is, if you're worried go to financial.

Yeah, agree, just head over to finance.
