When do you get paid? - Military Benefits

So I was wondering when we normally get paid. We should get our first paycheck this month and I'm just wondering if they get paid on the 1st or on the 15th or some random date?

We get paid on the 31st and the 14th, I think. That morning.

You get paid a day earlier if you have USAA. If not its on the 1st and 15th of each month. If that day falls on a sat or sun you will get it that friday before.

So I just looked in DF bank account and we haven't been paid yet. Is it delayed at first since he just left for bootcamp or no?

Yeah it can take a while for your first check to come through, sorry i dont know exactly how long, I was not with Dh when he first joined, but I know it takes a couple extra weeks.

Pay days fall on the 1 and 15 of the month. USAA is an amazing company with great customer service that offers not for profit(i think( car insurance), branch-less banking, and more, they are a bank with lots of other stuff for military affiliated people!
They also help during deployments.

We got paid Thursday night at 6pm, which is Friday @ midnight on the East Coast. This is because the first was on a Sunday this month, so you should have already gotten paid. USAA is a bank that a lot of military members use, they have a lot of perks and a great reputation.

He has to be in processed by a certain date to get paid the next check. I think it's by the 23rd to get paid on the 1 and the 7th to get paid on the 15th. But if he missed that date his first paycheck will be for the entire time he's been in. I hope that made sense.

My husband recieves his pay on the 1st and 15th. Friday prior if it falls on a weekend. Day before it it falls on a holiday. He uses Armed Forces Bank.
